Nutricia Australia's Homeward HENS is a comprehensive programme providing home delivery of Nutricia's complete range of enteral nutrition products, including enteral tube feeds, oral nutritional supplements, pumps and giving sets.

Homeward HENS has been specifically designed to provide comprehensive and flexible home support for hospital dietitians and their patients, and can meet the requirements of infants, children and adults for enteral feeding in the home.

This service is supported by our team of experienced Clinical Nurses who provide education and training for patients and families in both metro and regional areas. Our dedicated Homeward HENS Customer Service team will contribute to a smooth transition from hospital to home by assisting with the coordination of services between hospital, patient, and Homeward HENS.
