The key components of our Nutricia at Home programme are:

• Easy registration by Healthcare Professional
• Delivery to patient’s home, workplace or alternate address as required
• Upon receipt of registration Nutricia at Home Customer Service will contact the patient to initiate ordering
• Patients receive welcome kit including explanation of service, use of products, frequently asked questions and order forms
• Loan pumps and pump replacement service when using Nutricia products
• Patient support and education at discharge and in the home by the Nutricia Clinical Nurse
• Invoicing of hospital, home patient or a combination of both

• Nutricia Clinical Care Line toll free number 1800 060 051 (9am - 5pm Mon-Fri AEST) provides the Healthcare Professional and patient access to expert advice and technical assistance
