About Nutricia at Home

  • What We Deliver

    • Home delivery of prescribed products such as enteral feeds and oral nutritional supplements to veterans (DVA Registration by the Healthcare Professional only)
    • Home delivery of prescribed PBS-listed products available from Nutricia (patients or their carers can self register)

    Our dedicated Nutricia at Home Coordinators:

    • Manage the scheduled delivery service to ensure clients maintain ongoing supplies of their prescribed products
    • Provide reminders when new repeat prescriptions are needed
    • Contact client each month to gain verbal permission to dispense the prescription for the next delivery
    • Follow up with client to ensure each delivery is received
