With Abode, you can log in at any time to view rental income, approve maintenance quotes, track inspections, download statements, or message your property manager directly. It’s designed to remove the guesswork, eliminate manual processes, and give you full control - without needing to be hands-on. What happens at the end of each month?

At month-end, we provide a comprehensive performance snapshot for your property. This includes rental income reconciliation, detailed expense reporting, maintenance updates, compliance checks, and recommendations where needed. You’ll receive a clean, easy-to-read owner statement via your Abode portal, and can reach out anytime for a deeper discussion.
